SIA (Security Industry Authority)

Soundsec has been registered with the SIA since 10th April 2003 and continues to work closely with the SIA, which has evolved into the governing body, regulating the Security Industry in England and Wales.

Since 2006 when the Approved Contractors Scheme (ACS) was made available to security companies by the SIA, Soundsec has been successful in achieving the status of Approved Contractor and renewing this status each year with the required annual company evaluation.

Soundsec Directors attend all seminars offered by the SIA, always keeping updated with licensing and ACS issues. Company Directors have also provided presentations to the SIA at Approved Contractors "Good Practice" workshops.
