Since 1998 SoundSec has supplied security services to an expanding portfolio of award-winning Clients. The company has established a solid reputation with the Security Industry Authority (SIA), London Metropolitan Police, local Councils and the HMRC.
Management
SoundSec is an owner managed company with each Director having an extensive career in the Security Industry. Valuable experience gained through the previous management of reputable hotels, bars, restaurants and nightclubs in Central London and abroad gives SoundSec insight into our Client's needs.
Operatives
Chosen agents are thoroughly vetted and trained by the company's Directors. Selection criterias include experience, professionalism, individual skills and presentation. The calibre of our operatives is reflected by the company's loyal Clientele with a strong blue chip presence, many of whom are recognised worldwide for business excellence.
Combatting Crime
SoundSec receives intelligence electronically 24 hours a day from various organisations with whom the company is registered. Our Clients, agents and relevant authorities are informed accordingly while appropriate measures are taken in response to any information gathered.
Anti-Terrorism
Anti-terrorism and major incident response & recovery are primary training objectives of SoundSec as we create the most hostile environment for terrorists who threaten our safety today. Our teams attend training sessions offered by the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Unit (SO15) and Clubs and Vice Unit (CO14).
The Security Industry Authority (SIA)
Soundsec holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of Door Supervision and Security Guarding services. The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider’s operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined and evolving standards. SoundSec has consistently achieved annual ACS renewal evaluation scores ranking at the top of the 10% best scoring tier of all UK security companies.
